My Professional Success
I've had the opportunity to have a diverse amount of experience during my professional career. From converting leads to sales to reducing excess inventory, there have been a few constants that have enabled my success.
Solutions Provider – I identified the roots of Witmer Public Safety Group's excessive inventory accumulation. A collaborative analysis was complete with key company stakeholders and company-wide reduction and elimination initiatives were instituted.
Architect – I modified and sourced a private label firefighter job shirt that incorporated new features while preserving the traditional appearance that firefighters have been accustomed to wearing. Richmond Fire Department (Virginia) adopted these into their daily uniforms.
Leader – I coached and mentored the inbound inventory staff that increased productivity and enhanced efficiencies.
Essential Worker – I worked on the front lines, at Whole Foods Markets, during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Providing compassionate customer service, ensuring food supply met demand, and maintaining a safe environment were my top priorities.
